Wudang 36 Kicks
The Wudang 36 Kicks will promote the elasticity in our tendons and muscle fibers. With these 36 kicks, the flexibility can reach to a level where our body can function at any given condition, without a warmup. Warming up before is not recommended, since these are dynamic stretching exercises, you do good to increase difficulty with every repetition.
